40 Yrs Akil Malik admitted for stridor, difficulty in respiration, change in voice, and decrease Oxygen saturation.

Petient was admitted on emergency basis and all necessory investigations done.

Aneasthesia given and swelling on Neck operated. There was about 200ml tense pus in the swelling. After drainage petient's seturation improved, voice become normal, respiratory become normal, and stridor also become normal.
